KALAMAY is a sweet sticky delicacy that is popular in Southern Luzon and Visayas region in the Philippines.
It is made up of ground glutinous rice, coconut milk and brown sugar. Usually topped with latik.
It is best served as a dessert or a snack with hot coffee or Kapeng Barako in Southern Luzon.
