It’s not every day that you cross paths with hip-hop and cheese in the same place. But at Mousehole and Bad Cat’s Cool Dining Spot, you can experience just that. This unique dining spot is located at the Grove Park Commercial Centre, JP Laurel Highway in Brgy. Santiago, Malvar, Batangas. It’s open from 11 AM-1 AM (Sunday-Wednesday) 11 AM-3 AM (Thursday) and 11 AM-4 AM (Friday-Saturday).
This funky spot opened its doors on February 10th, 2021, the Chinese year of the Rat, the same zodiac symbol of the owner. This special detail adds an intriguingly personal touch that brings a certain charm to the place. Its’ artwork help to amplify its’ hip-hop feel. This distinct design was created by graffiti artists Qwark, Nostra, and Migs Deniola and features visuals of the rat as its symbol. Additionally, the owner is an artist himself and has incorporated his own digital artwork into the iconic space, allowing guests to take a variety of crazy mirror pics.
Mouseholes’ atmosphere also features a playful interplay between modern and vintage vibes. The space is filled with neon signages, candle-lit lighting, old movie posters, and brown leather seats. All of these details come together to create a unique and inviting atmosphere.
