Inaasahang matatapos ngayong Agosto ng taong ito ang Market III na on-going ang construction sa Don Julian Pastor Memorial Market o Bagong Palengke sa brgy. Cuta.

Ayon sa pahayag ng City Engineers Office, sa kasalukuyan ay isinasagawa na ang installation and finishing of stalls, installation of electrical materials at grinding works, gayundin ang excavation para sa pundasyon ng mga promenade fixed stalls at iba pa.

Maiihalintulad sa mga malalaking supermarkets na may malawak na espasyo para sa mas maginhawa at maalwang pamimili kapag ito ay natapos.

May angkop at magkakahiwalay na lugar sa bawat section ng paninda kagaya ng meat at fish section, fruits and vegetables at dry good sections.
