PNP-4A REGIONAL DIRECTOR’S HOTLINE LAUNCHING
Police Regional Office CALABARZON launches the RD’s Hotline with theme,
” Pulis na Abusado, Pusher na pang Asar…Agad i-Text mo, kay General Eleazar!”
on May 10, 2018 at the PRO4A Multi-Purpose Center, Camp Bgen Vicente P. Lim, Mayapa, Calamba City
RD’s Hotline will be manned by responsible, credible and competent personnel 24/7 which will evaluate the information and refer it to the concerned office and/or proper authority, from case build-up, a concern of the intelligence section, or a follow-up investigation which will be forwarded to the detectives or investigators.
The community can expect an automated reply from the hotline for every information they send, an immediate feedback for the sender to know that their reports were acknowledge;
All information received in this Hotline will be validated by operatives in the field, before the conduct of any police operation, while information pertaining to the crime incidents will also be investigated prior to filing of criminal complaints since it will be needed to present pieces of evidence to support the case;
PRO CALABARZON encourages the public to report crimes involving PNP Personnel and their distrust to the organizations’ procedure of handling complaints against its personnel and other personalities involved in the proliferation of illegal drugs;
Be one with the PNP to lead role in addressing problems with erring PNP Personnel and on Illegal drugs which are the menace in the community’s peace and order situation; and
