EARTHQUAKE BATANGAS: Isang pagyanig ang naramdaman nitong Linggo ng gabi (October 23, 2017) sa lalawigan ng Batangas.
Naganap ang lindol bandang 10: 21 ng gabi.
Ayon sa tala ng Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) isang Magnitude 5.4 na lindol ang tumama sa bayan ng Lian, Batangas.
Ang sentro ng lindol ay naitalang nasa 9 kilometro kanluran ng Lian, Batangas (13.99°N, 120.58°E – 009 km S 53° West of Lian, Batangas) at may lalim(depth) na 200 kilometers.
Positibo umano ang pagkakaroon ng aftershocks matapos ang lindol dagdag ng PHIVOLCS.
