Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste announced on Sunday that he has recovered from the deadly coronavirus.
“My heart is filled with joy and gratitude as I let you all know that I just received the result of my reswab yesterday, August 15, and I tested NEGATIVE. Thank God! Alleluia! Your prayers and concern, thoughtfulness, and encouragement throughout my isolation helped with my speedy recovery,” Leviste said in his official Instagram post.
Leviste received yesterday, August 15, 2020, the result of his reswab test which turns out Negative. The test is required for all COVID-19 patients to be considered as having recovered from the disease.
“I am a COVID survivor and I emerge from this experience with a more positive perspective. I learned so much during quarantine, most especially the value of appreciating the small and simple things in life.
I must admit, I feel blessed to be better than I deserve. My heart goes out to those (still) suffering from the virus. I continue to pray for their full recovery and strengthened faith. May God bless their families and grant them protection.
My piece of advice – treasure those who truly care about you and focus only on the things that matter, too. But above all this, take care of your health; for he who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.” the Vice Governor added.
