“La Luna Sangre” ends as many viewers might have expected that love prevails over evil.
La Luna Sangre, translated as “the blood moon” is a Philippine horror-fantasy drama starring Daniel Padilla as Tristan and Kathryn Bernardo as Malia.
The love story of Tristan, the vampire and Malia, the werewolf (“itinakdang lobo”) premiered last June 19, 2017 as a sequel to “Imortal” and third installment of “Lobo”. The finale or last episode was shown last Friday, March 2, 2018.
The show’s hashtag #LaLunaTheFinalBattle trended worldwide on Twitter with over 1.4 million related tweets.
