BATANGAS PROVINCIAL LIVELIHOOD CENTER
Ang Batangas Provincial Livelihood Center (BPLC) ay isang tatlong palapag na gusali na itinayo noong taong 2004 sa may Batangas Port sa Sta Clara, Batangas City para gawin sanang sentro ng komersyo para sa mga residente ng Batangas.
Ang ginastos sa proyektong ito ay umabot sa 237 Million. Ito ay minsan na ring napuna ng Commissiin On Audit dahil ni minsan ay hindi nagamit ang nabanggit na livelihood center.
